Delivery Charges
-Free delivery for Victoria (VIC), New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD), South Australia (SA), Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
-For other states, territories, and regional or rural areas, please contact us for a customised shipping quote prior to placing your order.
Order Processing
-Please allow up to 3 business days after full payment is received for order processing and dispatch.
-Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full.
-Preorder now for estimated delivery within 8–12 weeks.
Dispatch Time
- In-stock items: Dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment;
- Pre-order items: Dispatched per the confirmed lead time (usually 8-12 weeks);
- Custom-made items: Dispatched within 8-12 weeks, specific time advised by customer service;
- Dispatch may be delayed due to stock shortage or force majeure, and we will notify you in advance.
Delivery Time
- Starts from the date of dispatch. 3-7 business days for major Australian cities, 7-14 business days for remote areas;
- Delivery time is an estimate and may be delayed due to peak seasons, weather, traffic, etc. We will strive for timely delivery;
- For express delivery, please contact customer service to confirm feasibility and additional fees when placing an order.
Delivery Hours
- Regular hours: 9:00-18:00 Monday to Friday (no delivery on weekends and public holidays);
- Customized time slot: To request a specific delivery time, please leave a note when ordering or contact customer service. We will coordinate with the logistics provider, and the final arrangement is subject to actual confirmation.
Receipt Requirement
- Inspect the product appearance and packaging on delivery. If damaged, note the issue on the delivery document, take photos, and contact customer service immediately;
- If authorizing others to receive the package, the recipient shall perform the inspection obligation. Signing for receipt is deemed confirmation of the product's good condition.
Return Policy
- In-stock items: Eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.(excluding original shipping fee);
- Pre-order/custom items: Made-to-order, non-refundable and non-returnable;
- Damaged/missing items: Note the damage on the delivery document, take photos, and contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange free replacement parts;
- Full refund eligibility: If the product is confirmed faulty and unrepairable/unreplaceable, or does not match the website description. Full refund includes shipping fee.
Refund Process
- Submit return request: Contact customer service with order number, product photos, and issue description;
- After approval: We will provide the return address. Return shipping fee is borne by the buyer (except for quality issues);
- After receipt of returned item: Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
