Are your pergolas suitable for Australian conditions?

Yes. All Everpergo pergolas are engineered specifically for Australian environments, using premium 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. They are designed to withstand harsh sun, heavy rain, strong winds, and demanding outdoor conditions.

Do you have standard sizes or custom options?


We offer a wide range of standard sizes, including 3×3m, 3×4m, 3×5m, 4×4m, and larger sizes such as 3×6m, 4×6m, and more on selected models.

Custom sizes are also available upon request—please contact our team for project-specific requirements.

Can I view the products before purchasing?

Yes. We have a local warehouse and showroom in Dandenong, Melbourne, where customers can view selected pergola systems and finishes. Appointments are recommended for personalized assistance.

Do you provide installation services?

We supply pergola systems designed for easy modular installation. While we do not directly provide installation services, we can recommend experienced installers and provide detailed installation guides and technical support.

How long does delivery take?

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted for unused, uninstalled products in original packaging, subject to approval. Return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply.
